Return Policy

AURORAM LIMITED (“we,” “our,” or “us”) values your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Timeframe
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Return requests initiated after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number
  • Include your order number and reason for return in the email
  • Once you receive the RA number and return instructions, package the item securely in its original packaging
  • Include the original invoice and all accompanying materials
  • Ship the package to the address provided in your return instructions

3. Requirements for Returned Items
All returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors, stains, or damage
  • Original tags must be attached and intact
  • All original packaging, including boxes, dust bags, and protective covers, must be included
  • All accessories and documentation that originally came with the item must be returned
    Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or with similar designation
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items that have been altered, damaged, or show signs of wear
  • Items returned without original packaging and tags
  • Underwear and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons

5. Refund Processing
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
  • The refund amount will reflect the original purchase price of the returned items only
